Baodu Feng

Baodu Feng

Introduction

Founded during the reign of Guangxu Emperor in the Qing Dynasty, Baodu Feng is famed as a century-old brand. Fried to a turn, the quick-fried tripe enjoys a tender and crispy mouthfeel. Moreover, it will be served with sesame paste mixed with tasteful mashed garlic and delicious yet not very spicy chili oil.
The pepper in the oil eats quite crispy; tender in the outside, the cumin flavored shaobing (a type of baked, unleavened, layered flatbread in Chinese cuisine) is bound to mesmerize the taste buds. Better yet, the shaobing is quite thick and great value for money. Moreover, the leaf tripe (Baiye), the mutton entrails soup, the omasum (Sandan), and the smooth muscle of the junction of two rumens (Duling) are also sensationally good.
