Wuzuolou Forest Park (五座楼森林公园)

Wuzuolou (Five-Building)Forest Park is located at the eastern end of the Yunmeng Mountains and is connected to Black Dragon Pond to the north. It is the first stop on the Tour Line of the Huanhu West Road of the Miyun Reservoir and is an ideal venue for conducting natural inspections and collecting specimens.

The location is 1,020 meters above sea level and is home to more than a thousand species of plants.Wuzuolou Forest Park gains its fame for the high and steep mountains, deep and serene valleys, dense forests, streams, ponds and a great variety of forest plants. Tender green, bottle green, maple-leaf red and snow white respectively embody the four seasons in the forest park. If climbing to the peak, tourists can survey the Miyun Reservoir and overlook the Yunmeng Mountains, freely enjoying the view of the Great Wall.

Five buildings confront each other, creating the magnificent spectacle. Moreover, facing to Yunmeng Mountains and backing against Miyun Reservoir, the five watchtowers of the Great Wall are prominently located on the peak, exuding their magnificence. The overall perspective of Miyun Reservoir is also available in Wuzuolou Forest Park, where is ideal for climbing the Great wall. As the forest park has not been completely explored, it embodies the primitive landscape in every attraction. Maybe, due to the distinct joy in the wild, plentiful tourists have been attracted here for harvesting the pleasure of quietness seeking and adventuring.
