North Putuo Film and TV City （北普陀影视城）

It is located in Nangong Village, Daxing District. Covering an area of over 30 hectares, it is a multifunctional movie culture city, which combines film sets and locations, sightseeing, entertainment, movie education and cultural exchange together. Following CCTV Wuxi Movie City and Zhuozhou Movie City, it is the third movie shooting location in China.

It houses over 20 scenic areas and 50 sights, which are distributed orderly. All the architecture is adorned with classic beauty. On entering the glorious gate, you will see the Arhat Hill standing there waiting to welcome its guests. The Bei Putuo Islet is built with wonderful workmanship, and magnificent North Putuo Temple is ablaze with color. The three gardens named Song (Pine), Zhu (Bamboo) and Mei (Plum) respectively are full of Chinese traditional culture flavor. The grandeur of Red Mansion Park reminds people of the scenes in "A Dream of Red Mansions" (one of the four great classical Chinese novels).

An ancient town composed of three roads and a village in Ming (1368-1644) and Qing (1644-1911) Dynasties style will take you back to those passing dynasties. The painting and calligraphy house and the clay-modeling hall are the best place to cultivate people's personal development.
