His small courtyard is among one of the attractions of the Lu Xun Museum. Lu Xun’s Former Residence, which is also inside the museum, was bought by Lu Xun at the end of 1923. The museum houses over 70,000 collections, including relics and books. In addition to the manuscripts, lifetime materials, collected books, stone tablet rubbings from Tibet, letters from friends in Tibet, etc. of Lu Xun, the museum also contains a large collection of artworks by those historical figures during the period of new cultural movement like Xu Guangping, Zhou Zuoren, Zhou Jianren, Qian Xuantong, Qu Qiubai, Xiao Hong, Ye Zi, et al., and numerous prints by famous artists home and abroad.
