International Grape Exhibition Garden is an important place for holding the 2014 World Grape Congress. It is a comprehensive exposition park integrating functions of grape variety display, ornamental picking, ecological experience, scenic tour, science education and leisure entertainment, a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, Beijing science popularization base, Beijing social classroom resource unit for primary and secondary school students, a five-star park for national body agriculture and multi-village tourism, a national youth outdoor camp, and a pollution-free fruit production base in Beijing. It was officially opened to the public on July 25, 2014.
It is located in the southeast of Zhang Shanying Town, Yanqing District, Beijing. The site scope is east of the Orchard Road, south of the Great Railway, west of the Caijia River Ecological Landscape Area, and north of the Yanong Road. The core area is 3126.7 mu, including 393 mu of water bodies and 2733.7 mu of land area.
