Chateau Changyu AFIP Global

Beijing Chateau Changyu AFIP Global is located in Miyun County, Beijing. It was built in June 2007 by Yantai Zhang Yu Group with a total investment of more than 700 million yuan, combining capital from France, the United States, Italy, Portugal and other countries. The winery is supported by the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV), and Mr. Robert Dinlott, President of the OIV, is the honorary owner of the winery.
The winery covers a total area of more than 1,500 mu, including a construction area of 400 mu and a vineyard of more than 1,100 mu. It is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a 5-star park for national leisure agriculture and rural tourism, and a science education base in Beijing. The winery has an ecological agriculture development company, a wine company, a tourism and culture company and an international conference center. It is a comprehensive international winery integrating grape planting and winemaking, wine-themed cultural tourism, leisure and vacation and wine knowledge training functions.
The company provides wine themed cultural tourism, wine sales, wine knowledge training and sales and services of grapes and wines as well as related extensions and gifts for wine and wine lovers. International Conference Center is a French style town integrating accommodation, catering, conference, entertainment, leisure and tourism vacation. The town is divided into four functional areas: street life area, catering service area, entertainment and leisure area, and church museum area. There are presidential suites, standard hotel rooms, integrated Chinese and Western restaurants, meeting rooms, video game center, grocery store, coffee shop, cigar bar, wine bar, KTV, wine essential oil SPA senior club and other business projects. It is a 4-story hotel with 86 rooms.
