Pofengling Scenic Area

Beijing Pofengling Scenic Area is located in Huangshan Dian Village, Zhoukoudian Town, Fangshan, Beijing, with an elevation of about 670 meters. It is home to a large area of Chinese Flame Trees, and in autumn, the entire mountain is covered with red leaves, creating a very charming scene that rivals the famous Fragrant Hill. More importantly, it is less crowded, making the scenery even more pleasant.In the Pofungling Scenic Area, amidst the lush greenery, there are villas belonging to the powerful eunuch Li Lianying of the feudal dynasty and the warlord Cao Kun. At the foot of the mountain lies Huangshan Dian Village, a model of civilization in the capital, with quaint and elegant farmhouses that resemble a paradise away from the world.
