Fuhuazhai Bobo

Located in Huguo Xintiandi Shopping Mall, Fuhuazhai Bobo Shop follows the skills of imperial cuisine inherited from an imperial chef in the Qing Dynasty. For Manchus, Bobo is a general name for staple foods and snacks.
The shop offers a great variety of traditional Beijing snacks such as Lvdagun (Rolling Soybean Cake), rose cake, Wan Dou Huang (Pea Flour Cake), Sachima, almond tofu, kidney bean rolls, Xigualao (watermelon jelly), etc. Among which the rose cake is the representative of Beijing pastries. Its decor is elegantly-styled on classic imperial designs, with crimson wooden doors, green frames, rosewood table, carved wooden chairs and bright yellow decorations.
