Yaoji Chaogan

Established in 1989, Yaoji Chaogan (Fried Liver) is a restaurant with nearly 30 years of history. Chaogan is made from pork liver, pork intestine and starch, seasoning with garlic, vinegar and soy sauce. It is famous Han cuisine in Beijing. Fried pig liver, steamed buns and noodles with soybean paste are the restaurant's specialties.
