Qingmige

In Yuan Dynasty, there was a Chinese scholar named Ni Zan who loved literature and paintings. He was good at depicting natural scenery, and formed his own painting style. It is said that Ni Zan was a person who detested fame and wealth. He lived in seclusion and had fun with his friends by drawing and writing poems. He had a study that was used to collect famous art works and poems, and Ni Zan named the study as “Qingmige” that means this is a pure and rare place. And the name is passed down to today.

Qingmige was found in Qing Dynasty as a store that sells paintings and calligraphy. As a time-honored brand, it has a history of more than 650 years. Form the past to the present, many high officials, noble lords and refined scholars come to this place to find their satisfying stationery.
