The Hutong Impressions Guesthouse is located at the BanchangHutong, backing onto the Central Academy of Drama and facing to Prince Seng’s Mansion. The details of the Hutong family's life in the old days are reproduced in a complete and plain way.
The decoration of rooms is simple but full of exquisite mind of owner; the ink bamboo, kingfisher and winter sweet that are painted on the white wallsgive a feeling of freehand brush work, and the bedside decoupage lamp casts a soft radiance. Each room is named after the name of Hutongs in Luoguxiang, such as SuoyiHutong, Ju’erHutong, ChaodouHutong, and DongmianhuaHutong. When you push away a door, lean against a window of the room and look around, there are real Hutong family’s life happening in the yards of green bricks and tiles.
