Constructed based on a hundred-year-old legacy, Chang’an Mils has a unique natural environment and enjoys a convenient location in the vicinity of Olympic venues. As a creative urban renewal project, the place is designed for urban micro-vacation, close contact with nature and a new working environment.
Spanning six connected plots, Chang’an Mils combines low-density modern office spaces, commercial complex buildings, a multi-functional activity center and green office space. With a plot ratio of 1.2 and a greening ratio of 47.2%, it is regarded as “the coolest office area in Beijing”. Up to now, the tenants include Yum China, Starbucks, the luxury flagship store of Neibio Parent-Child Entertainment Center, UMEPLAY, NIO Automobile store, Jiuben Izakaya, Chang An Tavern, Du Niang Hotpot, and Fresh Market.
Liaocang Immersive Digital Art Museum is situated in Shougang Park, Shijingshan District. It was originally an abandoned warehouse, while after innovation and reconstruction, it has become a four-floor immersive commercial zone, covering an area of 8,000 square meters.
Love Reading Art Bookstore (Shougang Park) is built inside the Shougang No.3 Blast Furnace Museum, and it is a trendy, cool, high-tech, fashionable and artsy cultural mecca for young people. The bookstore manages to keep the original facilities as much as possible.
