At the dawn of the millennium in 2001, the company's founding team named the brand "Yu Shi Yuan" with the mission of inheriting and promoting Chinese culinary culture. Committed to building a representative brand of Chinese imperial court cuisine, Yu Shi Yuan takes root in Chinese culinary culture, inherits the craftsmanship of old Beijing imperial court cuisine, and adheres to the corporate philosophy of "promoting Beijing-style food". It continues and carries forward the fine traditions of old Beijing imperial court cuisine, enabling classics to shine in this era and establishing itself as an inheritor and innovator of old Beijing imperial court cuisine.
Adhering to the integration of cultural inheritance and industrial development, the company has built a comprehensive market sales network led by Beijing, focusing on North China, Northeast China, and East China, and radiating the whole country. It has established more than 600 sales counters in Beijing and key regional markets.

With outstanding quality and craftsmanship, Yu Shi Yuan inherits and upholds the traditional techniques of imperial court cuisine. With perseverance, it produces authentic traditional Beijing-style and classic imperial delicacies. Among its products, 20 items including Bingtanghulu (sugar-coated hawthorn on a stick) and Fuling cakes have been awarded the "Honorary Title of China's Famous Snacks". The production technique of Fuling cakes has been included in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List.

In recent years, driven by the vigorous development of the cultural and tourism industry, Yu Shi Yuan's traditional Beijing-style products have gained great popularity among tourists. It has been awarded the "Beijing Gift" title and won the Gold Medal at the China Special Tourism Product Competition, allowing traditional flavors to radiate new vitality and striving to become a representative of Chinese tastes. Yu Shi Yuan has been recognized by relevant national ministries and commissions as a "National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization" and a "National Model Enterprise in Agricultural Product Processing".

Yu Shi Yuan is not only making delicious food but also inheriting and promoting Beijing's culture. Through authentic delicacies, it skillfully integrates elements such as Beijing's history, culture, and folk customs, enabling every taster to deeply understand the unique charm of Beijing while enjoying the food. Each product of Yu Shi Yuan is like a small cultural messenger, carrying Beijing's flavors and stories to all parts of the country and even the world.
