BAIC BJEV-Huawei STELATO Super Factory (北汽新能源享界超级工厂)

As an important initiative of BAIC Group to practice the high-end, intelligent, and green development trend of Beijing's manufacturing industry, BAIC BJEV-Huawei STELATO Super Factory continuously promotes the upgrading of the industrial structure towards high-precision and cutting-edge sectors in terms of products, brands, and intelligent manufacturing, and builds a new pattern of high-quality development. It is an important representative of developing new quality productive forces. Covering an area of 1,308 mu (approximately 87.2 hectares), the factory has an annual production capacity of 120,000 whole vehicles after the completion of Phase I. Equipped with four core processes—stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly—its manufacturing system is fully aligned with the standards of top luxury car brands. Its environmental indicators meet the environmental requirements of Beijing's water source protection areas and Miyun Ecological Conservation Area, reaching a world-leading level.
In the Intelligent Exhibition Hall, visitors can first experience the entire production process of the STELATO S9 product through a promotional video, and then embark on an exploration journey with the Factory Explorer (digital human): The stamping workshop has a 100% automation rate, adopting a world-leading Schuler servo stamping line with a maximum output of 32 stamping parts per minute and a key contour accuracy of ±0.3mm; the body shop is equipped with the industry's first high-intelligent flexible production line that can support 6 vehicle models and mixed steel/aluminum processing. It fully applies robotics, vision technology, and an intelligent group control system for steel-aluminum riveting, realizing automatic and precise grabbing and loading of components, as well as 100% monitoring of the automatic gluing process.
