Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery

Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery, also known as Beijing Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery, is a garden-style cemetery with the highest standard, the highest reputation, and the most abundant red education resources in China.

Covering an area of 100,000 square meters, Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery is located in Shijingshan District, Beijing, at the southern foot of Babao Mountain and on the north side of West Chang'an Street. After liberation, it was rebuilt on the basis of Huguo Temple. It was mainly used for the burial of leaders of the CPC, country and army, leaders of democratic parties, patriotic democrats, famous scientists, writers, senior engineers and technicians, revolutionary martyrs, international friends and leading cadres above the county and regiment level.

In August 2019, Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery Martyrs Memorial Park was officially completed.
