Jingdong Stone Forest Gorge Scenic Area

Located in the Huangsongyu Township,Pinggu District, Beijing, Shilinxia is a national 4A level scenic spot covering an area of 12 km². It consists of a deep and winding stone forest canyon and four groups of beautiful stone forests. It is named after the four craggy and beautiful stone forest peaks in the gorge. The whole canyon is lush and green. The long canyon is quiet and beautiful, with nine waterfalls and eighteen pools dotted around it, like a natural painting with a unique and exquisite look. It has the magnificence of the north and the beauty of the south. The five characteristics of the stone, gorge, water, peak and forest in the Shilinxia constitute a unique landscape and each has its own characteristics, giving people a wonderful feeling of wonder, seclusion, wilderness, danger and quietness.
