Capital Public Art Creation Base (首都公共艺术创作基地)

The base is located in the northwest part of Central Green Forest Park, adjacent to three major cultural landmarks of the sub-center. It was transformed from the original Paper Mill No. 7, including 6 preserved buildings and 1 preserved chimney, with a total area of about 4,100 square meters. The industrial-style buildings retain their original texture, paired with brand new artistic landscapes, creating a unique style.
Cute cat elements can be seen everywhere in the park, with the internet-famous orange cat "Deputy Director" adorably attracting attention. The old chimney has been upgraded with lighting to become a landmark. Colorful hot air balloons, giant roses, cloud swings, starlight forest, and seven-colored auspicious clouds create a fairy tale secret realm.
