Nanlaishun Restaurant

They made a living with two knives (one for cutting mutton, one for cutting rice cake) and eight ropes (the baskets hanging on both ends of the carrying pole are tied up with four ropes), generating a rich variety of Muslim snacks. You can find hundreds of kinds of local snacks here, like Muslim fried dish, Muslim seafood, braised cow hoof with garlic, handmade instant-boiled meat, bean curd jelly, Aiwowo(steamed rice cakes with sweet stuffing), pea cake, baohu (quick-fried mutton) and so on.
