Since then, "Menkuang Quick-scalded Tripe" has been officially renamed as "Laomenkuang Quick-scalded Tripe".
Laomenkuang Quick-scalded Tripe had been managed by four generations of successors. Its Quick-scalded Tripe technique and operation concept have been inherited and innovated continuously. The second generation of successor RenXianwen developed 13 types of Quick-scalded Tripe. The third generation of successor RenHongsheng introduced special snacks such as Meat Sesame Seed Cakes and Fried Loose Meat. The fourth generation of successor Song Jun added thin slices of mutton for boiling in a hot pot to the menu of Laomenkuang Quick-scalded Tripe.
