Quanjude

Quanjude, a Chinese time-honored brand, was founded in 1864 and has grown considerably through several generations of entrepreneurship. The secret recipe of Quanjude's roast duck comes from the royal court. Started from Master Sun, the imperial chef, Quanjude has experienced seven generations of roast duck masters. When baking, it uses fruitwood as fuel and the duck is baked by naked fire. The roasting process has 31 steps. Through such a process, the roast duck is delicious but not greasy.
Now, Quanjude cuisine has formed a unique menu with roast duck as the leading dish, a set of duck dinner and 400 special dishes. Quanjude is loved by heads of state, government officials, people from all walks of life.
