Tianjin Tower

As one of the top ten scenic spots of Tianjin, Tianjin Tower is the sixth highest building in Asia and the fourth in China with an altitude of 415.2 meters. Tianjin Tower is the abbreviation of Tianjin Radio and Television Tower, and it was built in 1991. It is the only tower built on the water, and it functions as a place combining sightseeing, catering and transmission of radio and television. Located at the southwest area of Tianjin, Tianjin Tower broadens civilians’ cultural life and has profound meaning of promoting national economy and development of social events of Tianjin, and of strengthening two civilizations construction.
The third floor of Tianjin Tower is a rotating restaurant that is able to contain around 200 people at the same time. The restaurant has one rotation every 45 minutes, and people sitting in it can enjoy a fabulous view with the rotation. Overlooking from the top of the tower, visitors can have a panoramic view of the whole city, enjoying it and intoxicating into it.
