Tianjin Tropical Botanical Garden

Built in 2003, Tianjin Tropical Botanical Garden covers an area of 500 mu. In 2004, it was granted as a national 4A-level scenic spot and national popular science education base. The garden consists of five sections including Comprehensive Service Hall, Flowers & Plants Hall, Psammophyte Hall, Science Popularization Education Hall and Tropical Rainforest Hall. With tropical plants and flowers of dozens of countries and regions, Tianjin Tropical Botanical Garden has both artistic appearance and scientific connotation, letting visitors being personally on the scene and giving them enjoyment of beauty.

Tianjin Tropical Botanical Garden takes advantage of modern technology to simulate the living environment of tropical creatures, such as artificial rainfall and simulated thunder, giving people a feeling of travelling in the tropical rainforest.
