It is easy to make, so you can try it yourself at home. Prepare mango, grapefruit, sago, coconut milk and sugar. Peel off the skin of mango, remove the core, and cut half of the flesh into 1cm cubes. Peel the grapefruit, take out the pulp and break it apart. Put the uncut mango pulp into a blender, add coconut milk and sugar, beat them well to make mango coconut milk, and then sieve to remove particles and impurities. Boil the water in a pot over high heat, add the rinsed sago and cook for 15 minutes. Strain the sago through a sieve and rinse it under running water to remove the sticky gelatin, which is then in the form of transparent round grains.
