Bean Jelly

Bean jelly is a famous summer snack. It is popular because of its smooth, transparent, icy, delicious taste and low price. It is originated from a famous snack in Yunnan and Guizhou. Later, it was introduced to Sichuan, and became popular in Sichuan and Chongqing.
The main raw material of bean jelly is produced from Nicandra, which is also known as pearl lotus. Native to Peru, the domestic distribution of Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hunan, Sichuan areas are also cultivated. This delicious snack is also originated from these places.
Bean Jelly is relatively simple to make, so you can try to make it yourself at home. About forty grams of ice powder are needed to be combined with five to six pounds of boiling water, so just prepare it in this ratio. First of all, prepare two pounds of boiling water, weigh out fifteen grams of crystal powder and pour them into water. Then stir it for three minutes, let it cool and put the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour or so. Next, pour a spoonful of brown sugar water on the frozen jelly, then dip a chopstick into a little mint water and sprinkle it on the top. Finally, you can add some fruits according to your taste.
This dessert is cold and sweet, tender and refreshing, which can relieve the summer heat.
