Flatwhite is a specialty coffee at this café and adopts home baked coffee beans. To ensure an authentic flavor of coffee, all coffee beans are no more than 21 days from baking to use and fresh milk is the only choice to be adopted. The milk taste fresh and has none of the sour notes of inferior heat-treated dairy. The coffee is provided by Rickshaw Roasters, and offers notes of anise, pine and chocolate.
