The restaurant introduces 10 Putian Cuisine - Fujian red mushroom seafood marinated noodles, yellow croaker, Putian wonton soup, Fujian special fried sea oysters, shrimp mixed with laver, crispy fried taro core, Putian lychee meat, salt and pepper pork knuckles, roasted pork intestines, and mint loquat jelly. Each dish is very special.
The yellow croaker can be said to be the specialty of the restaurant! The fish is not big, but the taste is very fresh. There is no fishy smell, and the meat is very delicate.
