The National Aquatics Center was completed in January 2008 and is known as the "Water Cube". During the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the "Water Cube" was transformed into the "Ice Cube", becoming the only double Olympic venue in the world that can operate simultaneously for aquatic and ice events.

The National Aquatics Center was completed in January 2008 and is known as the "Water Cube". During the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the "Water Cube" was transformed into the "Ice Cube", becoming the only double Olympic venue in the world that can operate simultaneously for aquatic and ice events.

The ice sports center is located underground in the south square of the National Aquatics Center, with a 1,830-square-meter standard ice rink and a curling field containing four standard curling tracks. It covers a total operating area of 8,000 square meters.

In the hot summer, many tourists choose to come here to enjoy the fast and furious feeling of skating on the ice. Skillful young skaters skate freely on the ice, children occasionally fall with smiles on their faces, and beginners skate slowly with instructors.

National Speed Skating Oval

The National Speed Skating Oval, also known as the "Ice Ribbon", is the only newly built ice competition venue in the main competition area of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics. It's also the first speed-skating venue in the history of the Winter Olympics to use carbon dioxide as a refrigerant. It took on the speed skating event competition, witnessing the awarding of 14 gold medals and becoming the Winter Olympics venue with the largest number of gold medals.

751 D·Park is formerly known as the North China Radio Equipment Joint Factory Power Branch Plant which was established in 1952. In 2003, gas production was withdrawn from operation, and Plant 751 was transformed into a cultural and creative industry in 2006.
