Dongfushouli Pocket Park

Although the park is not large, it is adjacent to residential areas, providing a place for nearby residents to exercise and relax, making it very convenient for citizens to "see green from the window and enter the park from the door." The park"s design is also very exquisite. Above the gray low wall, the dark green characters "Dongfushouli" are surrounded by patterns that show the Chinese style, giving a feeling of window paper cutting. In the center of the park, there is a Chinese-style long corridor pavilion for people to rest, and the characters "Fu" and "Shou" are also dotted between the pavilions.
There is also a bronze landscape sculpture that vividly displays a scene of life in old Beijing"s hutongs. A little boy sits on a small stool reading a book, with a shovel, stick, and four or five pieces of honeycomb coal beside him. There is also hot water boiling on the stove next to him...
