The Beijing Dragon Seal Wine Museum is the first museum in Beijing dedicated to wine culture. It is located above the nearly century-old underground wine cellar of Beijing Dragon Seal Winery Co., Ltd. This is the only museum in Beijing that narrates the century-old culture and historical development of Beijing's wine industry and is also a model site for industrial tourism in Beijing.
In 2008, it was approved by the Beijing Municipal Education Commission as a municipal-level extracurricular education practice base for young people. The museum officially opened to the public on June 26, 2006. Since its opening, it has welcomed tens of thousands of visitors from both inside and outside China, becoming a premier venue for Beijing residents to learn about the winemaking process and experience wine culture.
The Dragon Seal Wine Museum features the elegant and rustic style of Ming and Qing architecture. It includes three main sections: an above-ground exhibition hall, an underground wine cellar, and a wine culture restaurant. Visitors can learn about the wine production process and engage directly with wine. Under the guidance of a national-level wine taster at the Dragon Seal Museum, they can experience the charm of wine and enjoy gourmet wine pairings. Additionally, the Dragon Seal Wine Museum offers personalized services, tailoring wines to the preferences of visitors and providing a unique and customized experience for each guest.
