No.93 Courtyard Museum

No.93 Courtyard on Tieshu Xiejie was once a large courtyard with seven households. After the residents moved out in 2013, as a public welfare cultural pilot project introduced by the government, Beijing Zhiwen Mingde Culture Communication Co., Ltd. carried out overall renovation of the courtyard and transformed it into the No.93 Courtyard Museum, opening up the exploration of using vacated space to provide public cultural services in the form of private non-profit museums.

Since its opening, the No.93 Courtyard Museum has taken on the responsibility of "letting the world understand China's intangible cultural heritage and letting China's intangible cultural heritage go to the world". It has continuously held themed exhibitions and activities, attracting a large number of Chinese and foreign visitors to the museum. Based on the exhibitions, the museum actively explores and innovates in different fields such as social education curriculum development, publishing, and external exchanges, and has embarked on a path of innovative and sustainable development for private museums.
