Xiangshan Museum of the Founding of New China

The Xiangshan Museum of the Founding of New China officially opened to the public in September 2019, covering an area of 2.4 hectares and a building area of 17,985 square meters. It is an important venue for displaying the revolutionary history of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China during the Xiangshan period, and an important carrier for protecting and promoting revolutionary culture and the red culture of the capital. Here, you can see exhibits such as the ceremonial cannon used in the founding ceremony of the People's Republic of China, the emblem of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and the wooden boat used in the 1949 Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River.
