Xidan Cultural Square

Nowadays, Beijing Xidan Cultural Square has become a mini forest park under the guidance of Beijing Xicheng District Government. After six years resconstruction, the new Xidan Cultural Square has been reopened to the public. Coverd with green plants and colorful flowers, it is a perfect place for people to take a stroll and have a rest. This mini forest park is divided into three zones including Pailou Square, Tree Zone and Flower Zone.

Inside the square, there are various types of trees, which make sure that visitors would appreciate green, yellow and red colors all year round. At the center space that is surrounded by fresh plants, visitors would slow down their steps automatically to feel the nature and enjoy the innder peace.

Generally speaking, the reconstructed square contains more leisure space, trees and lawns. The nature environment surrounds the sunken mall which names The New. At the same time, buildings on the square weaken the business atmosphere, showing more elegance and simplicity.
