Turn into the Cui Mansion alley from the East Street of the Art Museum and you will see the Longfu Building. More than Reading is located on the first floor of the building.
Walking into the bookstore, the spacious and bright space looks fashionable and warm. Readers can sit at the large table, open their computers to work, or hold a book to read carefully, enjoying their own quiet time with the aroma of coffee.
More than Reading (Longfu Temple Store) adopts a "library-store combination" business model, cooperates with the Dongcheng District Library, and sets up a borrowing area, making the bookstore both a bookstore and a library. Since its opening, More than Reading has also regularly held rich and colorful cultural activities, including book signings, knowledge popularization, and experience classes. At the same time, it invites experts and enthusiasts in the fields of life, reading, and art to interact and share their love for life.
In addition to books, the bookstore has also added cultural and creative products, resin kits, and plant bonsai. This modern aesthetic space where you can read, study, chat, and drink coffee is becoming a warm "urban study room".
The collection of books in the bookstore is mainly about architecture, such as architectural art, design, urban planning, domestic and foreign architectural journals, current building codes, atlases, etc.
On the bustling Wangfujing Street, the silver-gray four-story building of China Photo Studio appears somewhat low-key. This old brand, which has condensed the efforts of several generations of photographers, not only records the changes of the times with light and shadow, but also captures many unforgettable moments in the lives of citizens over the past few decades, from full moon photos, to one-year-old photos, wedding photos, and family portraits.
Yuewen Bookstore is located in the Shougang Club and was originally a venue for cultural activities for the older generation of Shougang people. The bookstore is divided into multiple areas, including dining areas, children's reading areas, self-study and office areas, and film screening areas, creating a third cultural living space between home and office.
