The stone carvings of historical figures capture their unique character. Su Wu is tough and determined. Liu Hai is lovely and full of energy. Mi Fu is free and proud. There are also many stone carvings of auspicious images such as deer, pines, tortoises, monkeys, dragons, coral, fish and reef.
The Imperial City Wall Relics Park is located close to the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. The park is also known as Huangchenggen Relics Park or Imperial Palace Wall Relics Park.
Yunmengshan literally means "a mountain always covered with mist " Yunmengshan is locally referred to as the “Huangshan of North China " due to its stunning view.
The remains of this earthen wall run along the south side of the park. One can still see the approximately 10 meters high historic wall called “Tucheng”. It was listed as the key cultural relics site under the state protection in 1957.
The Tomb of Eunuch Tian Yi is also called Shijingshan District Stone Carving Relics Park. Tian Yi is an eunuch of Ming Dynasty. According to literature, he is considered a righteous person.
