Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine Concoction Technology

The Beijing Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine Concoction Technology is one of the achievements of the second batch of national-level Chinese medicine concoction technology heritage bases. The museum covers an area of 1100 square meters, with an exhibition area of 780 square meters and more than 300 pieces (sets) of exhibits. "The four exhibition halls vividly showcase the culture of Chinese medicine and its concoction techniques from the perspectives of the interpretation of the herbs, what is concoction and representative figures.

The museum creates a fully immersive experience, using modern technologies such as VR, phantom imaging and multimedia touch screens to restore traditional concoction scenes and to deeply explore the unique Chinese medicine concoction techniques in Beijing. The museum collects concoction treasures and analyses the principles of concoction, allowing visitors to explore the origin and development of the concoction technique across time and space in Beijing, and to experience the magic and wonders of the culture and technology of concoction techniques in Beijing.
